Welcome to MoodCast Widgets. By accessing our website, purchasing a subscription, or embedding our widgets, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Sweden. [web:3][web:17]
Use of Service
MoodCast Widgets grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our widget generation tools and embed code on your websites subject to your subscription plan (Starter, Growth, or Agency).
- Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to weather data or widget rendering.
- Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time with or without notice.
- Fair Use: Agency plans allow for "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) usage; abuse of API limits on shared keys may result in service throttling.
User Responsibilities
As a user of MoodCast Widgets, you are responsible for:
- Account Security: Safeguarding your login credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Payments: Paying all applicable subscription fees (Starter $29/mo, Growth $59/mo, etc.) on time. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
- Prohibited Use: You may not reverse engineer the widgets, resell the service (without an Agency license), or use the widgets to display illegal or harmful content.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. MoodCast Widgets makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of weather data, which is sourced from third-party providers.
In no event shall MoodCast Widgets be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.
